We do not actively use cookies or other website tracking applications and have no access to the information any outside tracking applications might gather.
Payments for merchandise are made through PayPal. (Please see their privacy policy.) Once a purchase has been made, we access the buyer’s information through PayPal which includes emails for digital goods and addresses for physical goods. Once the items are shipped, we do not access the information stored on PayPal again. Purchases for physical goods are only available to United States residents.
Our emails are handled through gmail and stored there indefinitely. (Please see Google’s privacy policy.) If a reply is expected, we reserve the right to respond through email. Those sending submissions and our contracted authors understand they give us the right to contact them and store their information offline. In the case of submissions not accepted, once rejected we will not contact the writer again. If any wish their information be deleted from our offline office system, please contact us.
